What if there is an error with my visa?

If you notice an error with your eVisa status then you should report this to UKVI so that they can investigate and try and amend this for you in the first instance. If the correction of your error is urgent (e.g. the error means you have no valid leave or your visa will expire within the next week) then please contact us so that we can submit an escalated correction request on your behalf to UKVI. 

Do not travel to the UK until the error has been corrected as any discrepancies with your eVisa could lead to you being stopped by border force staff at the airport.
