Student wellbeing champions

What is a student wellbeing champion?

Wellbeing champions take the lead on student wellbeing by actively promoting the Six Ways to Wellbeing to the university, their School or Hall of Residence.

They organise and run wellbeing events/presentations, share information through social media and blog posts, and work together to promote and help with University events.

Why should I get involved?

If you’re passionate about positive wellbeing and want to pass this on to other students, we’d love for you to get involved.

We’ll train and support you to run presentations/events linked to the University’s wellbeing campaigns calendar, help you with promotion, and link you up with a network of likeminded people.

Volunteering roles that benefit other students count towards the Step Up and Lead section of the Stellify Award, and will be recorded on your HEAR.
