Following a cyber incident at the University that took place in June, we are upgrading My Manchester - the central hub for our online student services.
While My Manchester is unavailable, you still have access to all our online student services - whether it's checking your timetable, accessing Blackboard, or managing your payments, you can still get to them through direct links.
Follow the links below to access the service you need - and bookmark this page for future reference.
Over the following months, we will be carrying out additional work to restore our systems and will keep you informed of any changes via the weekly student newsletters.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this ongoing work and thank you for your patience.
You can access a wealth of information and complete many processes within the Student System (Campus Solutions Student Centre), such as:
Visit our guidance page for information about Course Unit Selection for 2023/24.
To access teaching materials, you need to log in to Blackboard. Please note that this system uses Duo authentication, so you'll need to have your relevant device ready to complete authentication.
To view your teaching timetables, you need to log in to Publish.
To access Library services, you need to visit the Library website and access the My Account log-in area. Note you will need to login with your University username and password.
To access the eProg system, you will need your University username and password.
Students who are due to receive a payment from the University, such as an award, bursary or stipend, can update their bank details directly within the Student System (Campus Solutions Student Centre).
Visit Student System.
You can use the link below if you're a student and need to make a payment to the University where an invoice has been generated.
For a list of alternative payment options, visit our Making a payment page.
If you’re experiencing hardship, you can request additional financial support from the University through the Cost of Living Support Fund.
To find out how to apply, visit our Cost of Living Support Fund information page.
To complete the financial aspect of your registration, the University needs to know who will be paying your tuition fees. A sponsorship letter is required if payment is to be made by a third-party sponsor, such as a charity, a commercial organisation, an international organisation or Student Finance.
For details as to how you can provide your sponsorship letter, use our Online Enquiry Form.
You can also access Campus Solutions Student Centre for additional student services, such as:
To log into Campus Solutions Student Centre, you'll need your University username and password.
New students need to provide an up-to-date photo for their student identity.
To access your student email account, you will need to log in to Outlook.
All students have personal space on the network, known as a P: drive. P: drives can be accessed directly via a web browser.
