You said, we did

The Advice and Response Service is committed to working with students and embedding feedback to ensure that our service is responsive to student needs. We work to achieve this in a number of ways and always welcome feedback from both service users and students more generally.

Your caseworker will invite you to complete our brief Service User Survey when they close your case but we also welcome feedback at any time you wish to submit it. The survey is completely anonymous and should only take 1 or 2 minutes to answer and can be accessed at the below link;

 As a result of recent feedback, we have;

  • Doubled the number of specialist caseworkers available to provide support to students – we now have six full-time dedicated specialist casework practitioners including sexual violence liaison officers, domestic violence practitioners and an honour-based violence specialist
  • Reviewed the reporting form on Report and Support to make the language and categories more accessible and easier to follow
  • Reviewed referral pathways to external specialist services including St Marys, Manchester Rape Crisis, and Trafford Rape Crisis
