Step 3: Apply for a replacement BRP card

UKVI are no longer producing BRP cards so you do not need to apply for a replacement but you must still report the loss or theft of your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card to UKVI and the Police. failure to report the loss or theft of your BRP card could lead to a fine of up to £1000.
