Step 3: Apply for a replacement BRP card

As UKVI is no longer producing BRP cards you do not need to apply for a replacement BRP card if you have lost your BRP but you should still have reported the loss or theft of your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card to the Home Office and the Police to avoid receiving a fine.
