Home and Island students

Minimum tuition fees for home and Island (those students residing in the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey with UK nationality) students commencing 2018 onwards are listed below. Fees for individual courses may vary.

EU Students and Brexit

Following the UK's departure from the EU, the UK government has announced that EU, other EEA and Swiss nationals commencing their studies from the 2021/22 academic year onwards will no longer be eligible for home fee status and will therefore be charged the international rate of fee. Certain exemptions do apply, please see our Fee Assessment pages and view our latest information on Brexit for further information.

Undergraduate Tuition Fees 2022/2023

The tuition fee for full-time UK undergraduate students is £9,250 for the academic year 2022/23. Future inflationary increases may also be applied to each subsequent year of your course, subject to government regulations on fee increases. We will provide further information about such increases when this becomes available.

Eligible students will be able to borrow the full cost of tuition from the government in the form of a tuition fee loan. No UK student will have to pay tuition fees up front. The tuition fee loan is not means-tested and is available to all eligible students.

International students

International students are charged annually at the rate for the year they commenced and remain fixed for the duration of their programme of study or research.
