• University Halls of Residence include all bills in the cost.

• It is important to consider the cost of moving into private accommodation after living in halls. Manchester Students Homes offers a free housing service to students looking for private accommodation.

• You will be required to pay a deposit prior to moving in which should be paid back to you at the end of the year. Deposits are roughly equivalent of 4-5 weeks rent.
